Who we are
Iluminesia Limited trading as AlterEgo Façades are design and engineering led specialist suppliers of architectural solutions for external rainscreen cladding. Our goal is to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions to suit the needs of our clients. We have delivered numerous STONE and CONCRETE projects, gathered all the bespoke systems created and engineered by us over the years and put them under the holistic family of AlterEgo Façades.
From substrate to the face of the cladding, AlterEgo Façades are involved in creating a complete system that is sustainable, safe, economical and easily constructible. The panel face of our system showcases the most beautiful high-performance STONEs sourced by us from quarries throughout Europe, or a highly fashionable and versatile large format reinforced CONCRETE, also coming from European manufacturers. On the back of the panels, invisible from the outside but critical for the whole performance of the façade, is our own range of unique carrier systems branded as EGO.
As members of the Stone Federation, CWCT and GRCA we believe in doing things the right way and we strive to build long lasting relationships with our clients based on trust, integrity and quality.
We work closely with architects, specifiers, developers and contractors guiding our clients through all the project stages, from design to completion. We offer project specific advice and solutions with regards to material selection and installation methodology to ensure a high performing façade that fits the design intent and meets the building criteria.
